Live Wedding Guest Portraits

I will arrive to the location 30 minutes before my contracted time to set up. I will provide all of the materials but I require a single 6 foot  table with two chairs, in reach of an outlet or extension cord for my table light. I will also provide a "Live Wedding Guest Portraits" sign and a cream table cloth, please discuss beforehand if you will be providing either/both of these to ensure they match your other decorations. I can work during cocktail hour, the reception, or both depending on the allotted time you contracted me to be there. During this time, your guests can come up to my table where I will take their picture and add them to my queue. Throughout the night they can come back, watch the process of their own portraits or others being painted and pick up their completed portrait. The hand painted portraits are painted on 6x8 inch 140 weight cold pressed paper, and packaged in a protective plastic sleeve. On average, I complete about 8 paintings an hour, 6 when painting couples. I guarantee 6 live paintings an hour in each package, the remaining portraits to be completed back in my studio and mailed to the newly weds within the week following the wedding.

My package prices can be broken down to $25 a portrait, making it roughly $400 an hour of live painting. My packages have a two hour minimum for locations within 60 miles of Maryland Heights, MO, and a four hour minimum for those over 60 miles. Locations over 100 miles  away require additional fees for mileage. Locations over 200 miles away require fees for  mileage and housing. Locations over 300 miles away require additional fees for housing and flights.
